We had a really good stay. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable, as always. They seemed to have everything we needed, even hairspray when I’d forgotten mine. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a long time, and our server Jenny was so kind and attentive. I’d definitely recommend it.

I spent one night at Hilton Boston Park Plaza and really enjoyed it. The hotel has old Boston character with modern comforts, and the location is ideal, right across from the Public Garden and an easy walk from so many lovely places around the city.

The location was perfect, with an easy walk to train stations, restaurants, shops, and parks. Desk service was great, and the rooms were comfortable, though the bathrooms could use an update. Traffic came through the windows all day and night, since they’re far from soundproof. There was no housekeeping while we were out, unlike at most hotels.

Ramon the bellhop made us feel noticed and welcome, and the hotel was a perfect place to spend the night after dinner at Maggianos across the street. It’s also an easy, quick trip to Logan. The rooms were spotless but cramped, and finding the entrance and valet parking was difficult. Thanks for the hospitality.

I’ve stayed here twice. The bathrooms are short on space, with a tiny sink that leaves little room to get ready, but the location is fabulous. The valet service is great, and the hotel bar makes excellent espresso martinis. I’d recommend it.
