Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor

The shuttle runs every 20 minutes, which made getting to and from the airport easy for my weekend meeting. I wanted to be near downtown too, and it’s only ten minutes away. The hotel is right on the water, with great skyline views and a calm feel despite the airport being close. My room was spacious, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The staff were professional, kind, and ready to help. The restaurant was excellent, especially the clam chowder, and the gym had more machines than I’ve seen at most Boston hotels. I loved my stay at the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor.

The rooms were comfortable, and the views were beautiful. Breakfast was the sticking point. There were just two choices, an American breakfast with eggs or fruit, which struck me as odd. I asked for toast by itself and was told to order the American breakfast because it came with toast. When I explained that I don’t eat eggs or sausage, I got a big sigh and an eye roll before being told they’d ask. For what guests pay, it’d be good to have à la carte choices for people who don’t want a heavy meal. Lovely hotel, but the restaurant put me off.

The night food was surprisingly good, though breakfast needs some work, and cleanliness could be better too. Still, this airport hotel covers what travelers need, with comfortable rooms, city skyline views, and a location right by the airport. The staff were very helpful and polite. I was impressed and would use it again for an overnight layover.

It feels peaceful and relaxing even though the hotel is right beside the airport. The shuttle to and from the terminals makes travel easy, and the waterfront setting and ferry into downtown are nice extras. The rooms are comfortable, the place is clean and modern, and the staff were attentive. There are also lovely views of the harbor and Boston skyline. A convenient, comfortable stay.
