Roaches keep showing up every day, and there are cracks and gaps all over the place where they can hide and live. They’re basically permanent roommates.

Getting an apartment rental completed here is difficult. The customer has to deal with complicated, burdensome requirements, and they’re slow to return phone calls.

I don’t live here and never have. I’m a local who walks past every night, and people have started calling it the “Rat Palace.” The grounds are overrun with hundreds of rodents. Once, walking by at night, I counted fifteen in the front courtyard. I’m posting this in the hope that the building deals with it, since neglecting an infestation can affect the neighboring properties too.

Please don’t pick this apartment. After I bought an underground garage, the apartment manager secretly had my car towed in the middle of the night. I had to pay the towing fee myself. lmao
