North East Downtown Boston Rentals

We were kept awake until 3am every night by people yelling inside and outside the restaurant below our room on the third floor. Getting there meant climbing three flights of stairs, which put me, as someone with epilepsy, at risk every time I had to go up or down. No one cleaned the room while we were there, our towels weren't replaced, and the unit's refrigerator was warm and unusable. I wasn't told about the stairs when I booked, so I couldn't choose somewhere else to protect my health. I wouldn't recommend this place or stay again for any amount of money.

Joseph, who runs the Deli right outside our suites, makes the freshest mozzarella every day and was so kind to me. We were a group of seven and have come home to SC with lovely memories of the Bricco Restaurant and Suites. Vinnie was wonderful from helping us book through making sure our suites were just right. It was hard to say goodbye to the Bricco family. We'll definitely be back for more meals and special memories!

The location is handy, just a few minutes on foot from the attractions and North Station. There’s no elevator, which we knew before booking, but keep in mind your room might be three or four flights up.

Vinny took care of everything we needed during our six days, and the service was extraordinary. Our room was clean, lovely, and large. The Briccio restaurant downstairs serves amazing Italian food, as do its sister restaurants. The hotel sits right in the middle of everything in the North End. We had a fantastic stay and will be back.
