I lived here for about a year while working in Boston during the week, and loved every moment. The location was great for getting to and from the airport, commuting to the financial district, and walking all over Boston. The staff took wonderful care of residents, their families, and visitors.

I’ve lived here for about four years and loved it. The Seaport location is great, close to the financial district, a short walk from the North End and Boston Common, and easy to reach the highway when driving out of the city. The staff are warm and friendly, always greeting me by name, and I feel welcome whenever I come through the front entrance. My unit is spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the seaport. I also enjoy the hotel amenities, including the restaurant, gym, and pool.

I lived here for about two years. The management team is excellent, but the building is starting to feel dated. The artwork, elevators, and interior could all use a major update, especially for someone younger than most residents. For above-average rent, I’d expect residents to get full access to the mediocre gym. The cycling machines were often broken and didn’t seem to get repaired. Sometimes hotel kids ran around and interrupted workouts. It feels aimed more at older residents, and if you’re younger and looking in the area, I’d recommend the Seaport buildings for a better living experience. Echelon would be my pick. If you’re in a front apartment, there’s a fire station right across from the building, and you’ll hear sirens 24/7. As a light sleeper, I found it extremely loud at night even with the windows closed. Some residents can be snarky too, and I had some very rude interactions. I assumed people would treat each other respectfully, but that wasn’t always the case, perhaps because of inflated egos and the prestige they think money gives them. Random fire alarms caused by hotel residents and water shutdowns are part of the rent too. One shutdown happened at 2:30 am.

Amazing, I don’t know what else to say!
