You can hear every footstep from noisy neighbors, and when you complain, you don’t get any help. The HVAC systems don’t get cleaned, either. If you request maintenance, sometimes someone helps and sometimes they don’t. And that so-called state-of-the-art gym is a joke. Ask to see it before moving in: it’s closet-sized, with one treadmill from the early 2000s and one elliptical in terrible condition.
