The Alyx at EchelonSeaport

The concierge team, especially Jorgie and Dan, made a real difference during the almost two years I lived at The Alyx at EchelonSeaport. They were consistently helpful and positive, and never made it feel like a bother. Maintenance was quick to find solutions, and the staff were some of the kindest and most professional people I’ve met. The property manager and leasing team also listened to feedback and concerns and tried to address them. The location is excellent, the amenities are amazing, and having one of the largest pools in the Seaport area plus a nearby Trader Joe's was especially handy. I had a great experience overall. If feeling safe, secure, and appreciated matters to you, this is a community to consider.

Chantel, the leasing agent, was a big part of why getting settled at The Alyx felt so easy. She communicated well, noticed the details, and gave me personal support throughout the process, making me feel welcome at every step. From the first tour through move-in, the whole team made everything seamless. I’m so happy in my new home and would highly recommend The Alyx to anyone thinking about moving.

Dan and Jorgi are what make The Alyx feel like home instead of a sterile apartment building. Jorgi seems to anticipate what residents need and regularly goes beyond her job, always with a smile. Dan makes the lobby the most welcoming and pleasant one in the Seaport, in my experience. The building itself is beautiful, well maintained, and offers residents a lot. Thanks to both of them for making me feel at home.

Chantel’s friendly, welcoming service made my Saturday 11:00am tour amazing. She knows the complex well, and her expertise helped narrow down my choices. If you get the chance to tour, I’d go with Chantel.
