The Lenox Hotel Boston

Coming back from exploring Boston to find a fire lit within minutes of asking was the best. We upgraded to a room with a fireplace, and it was amazing. My husband had arranged flowers and champagne with Valery before our trip, and she did a wonderful job. The birthday greeting touched me. The bellmen were all so nice and professional, and every front desk person we encountered had a big smile and was happy to answer questions. Peter at the front door was especially friendly. My husband and I stayed a few nights for my birthday, and the hotel and staff were top notch. It was our first visit to Boston, and we loved how easy it was to get around on foot or by train. Bostonians are awesome, and we loved every minute of the trip!

The location was perfect, and every time we came back from exploring, the room was clean and welcoming. Staff throughout the hotel, including housekeeping, were warm and professional. When there was a bathtub drain issue, they accommodated us and upgraded our room. Room service was amazing each time, and all the food was so good.

Having drinks by the fire in the city on a cold night was such a treat for my birthday. We stayed in a fireplace room, and the staff at this hotel showed the best hospitality I’ve come across in a long time, so welcoming and accommodating. The Irving had delicious drinks and food, with a top-notch atmosphere. I’ll definitely return!

The hotel has lovely amenities and is well appointed, with excellent dining inside. After a day of sightseeing, the cozy cocktail bars were a fun place to unwind over creative cocktails or mocktails. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved it! The Lenox sits in the heart of Back Bay, my favorite part of Boston to visit. Restaurants and shops are easy to reach on foot, and even Fenway Park is walkable. Newbury Street, famous for shopping and dining, is just a block away. The T is close too, so getting to other parts of the city is quick.
