Dr Orr really listened and acted. She knows her work, and was the first doctor I've met who explained what was happening and why, using examples to make it clear. She also went over why my friend was taking the heart medicines and how important they were, which other doctors hadn't explained to us. She listened to what was going on and wanted to improve my friend's quality of life. Dr Orr made a plan right there, explained it, and asked us to send her information to review. If everything checks out, we can arrange new medication to ease the negative side effects. I highly recommend her as a cardiologist.

My wife was moved from LGH to Tufts labor and delivery, and we felt a huge difference, even though I work at LGH. The nurses and doctors treated us like royalty. Francesca, Steph, Karl, and the rest made us feel at home. One nurse stayed by my wife's side, held her hand, and comforted her. They were professional, caring, and always there when we needed them. My sister Melissa Errico spent a long time on North 8 oncology over the past two years and passed away last Thursday. I'm Peggy, and my family and I are heartbroken, but deeply grateful to the phenomenal nurses and doctors who genuinely loved her and cared for her. Her last nurse, Isabell, was so kind to me while I stayed overnight and was with my sister when she died. Her overnight nurse Hannah helped me so much, too. Melissa often said how grateful she was for everyone who looked after her through those two years. My niece Rachel, nephew Ricky, her many friends, and all of our family appreciate you. We'll never forget the 60 visitors who came on Memorial Day and the day after. Denise's bright welcome meant a lot to me and all of Melissa's visitors. I've had surgery and been on floor 4 north three times now. Each stay has been great. The nurses and techs are wonderful at their jobs, kind, and compassionate. I'd name them, but I don't want to accidentally leave anyone out.
