W Boston, a Marriott Hotel

The staff made this stay special. After checkout we left our bags, and when we returned, Paul, the welcome ambassador, stayed with my elderly mom while I changed and kept us comfortable until our ride arrived. He was kind, professional, and really attentive to our departure. In the dining room, Cabo noticed we looked lost and hurried over to help us find a table, then checked on us repeatedly. Our breakfast server remembered what we'd asked for the day before and took great care of us despite a busy restaurant. Megan at the front desk did more than check us out, taking time to hear about our stay and share our excitement for the family baby shower. The hotel amenities are very good, but these people made the experience great. We also loved the comfy beds, extra seating, and restaurant food, and the bartenders all gave great service.

I got no sleep in this horrible hotel. The room was unbelievably loud, with paper thin walls, club music, and street noise. Drunk morons were making noise at 3 am on multiple nights in a row. I've had better nights at Motel 6 for a tenth of the price.

Stayed one night in Boston for a show at the Wilbur theater, and it was my first time at a W. The location was great, the staff super friendly, the bar had a DJ and was great, and breakfast was awesome. I'd definitely stay again.

The room, restaurant, and bar/lounge were all nice, and we loved the clean room and the minibar snacks. The staff were also really kind and helpful, especially Megan. We were there for our wedding night, though, and the noise from other guests made it hard to enjoy the stay. We were on the 14th floor, away from the lounge entertainment, but people on our floor yelled and partied until 1-2am, slammed doors, and kept disturbing anyone trying to sleep. We called the front desk and they said they’d send security, but the noise carried on through the night. It’s a lively, high-volume part of Boston, so families or anyone needing a solid night’s sleep might want to stay elsewhere. I liked the hotel, but the lack of sleep left a bad taste.
