The room was comfortable, and I’d come back. Brooke and Benji at the front desk made us feel welcome from the start. They were consistently friendly and helpful, and took the time to get to know guests. Benji went especially far for us. He helped us find accommodation after our stay, arranged an extension, and shared lots of useful local tips and information during our trip.

Benji has made my entire stay easier. He’s friendly, outgoing, supportive, and informative, and always seems happy to help. Even while dealing with the public, he keeps smiling and stays optimistic despite how negative some people can be. His check-in process is prompt and well informed, and he acknowledges everyone who walks in, even when they’re not checking in.

After a horrible stay at the Extended Stay in Everett, coming to the Extended Stay in Bothell felt like a completely different experience, easily 10 times better. The atmosphere and level of care changed my opinion of the brand. Benji was the reason it felt so welcoming and stress-free. He was kind, professional, and quick to sort out any issues, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend this location for the service he provided.

Benjamin is a wonderful employee and should be promoted to manager. He’s helpful, cares about the people staying here and their well-being, and is friendly and engaged with the property. He always says hello when you come through the door and talks with everyone. The office is clean, with no trash around. You should be proud to have someone like him on staff. Some of the other front desk people don’t even acknowledge you or say hello when you walk in.

Work travel and performances mean I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, and the people here made this one especially enjoyable. Benjamin handled every concern quickly and thoroughly, with real care as well as professionalism. I’ve seen how he treats other guests too, and it’s a breath of fresh air. He deserves recognition and a promotion. Vince also deserves a shoutout: he’s approachable, down-to-earth, and consistently goes the extra mile. It makes a big difference to be treated like a person instead of a room number. Being on the road all the time can wear you out, but these two made my stay smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel and look forward to returning. Ask for Ben or Vince!
