Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Bothell

Bothell has everything around, with water and water activities close by, so there was no need to travel back to Seattle for a week. Parking is secure and covered, and the hotel had a warm atmosphere and comfortable temperatures. The people were friendly, respectful, helpful, and cheerful. Maybe it’s that laid-back western coast feel, or maybe they’re just great at their jobs. This is the best Hilton Garden I’ve stayed at. I’ve been to the Hilton Garden in Annapolis three times in three years, and it’s not the same!

The room was clean and nice, but housekeeping was meant to come every other day and missed a visit. I got fresh towels and coffee myself from the front desk. With rates changing based on demand, I’d expect them to take better care of customers.

It wasn’t a bad stay, but the rooms are old and need updating. Don’t choose a room on the highway side, and be aware that the hotel is tucked away and hard to spot. Breakfast costs $20 per person, or $12 for cold cereal. I walked to a dinner in the parking lot that had a great early breakfast for $12. As a diamond member, I’ve stayed in lots of hotel rooms, and these aren’t fancy.

Ahalam and Miranda at the front desk deserve recognition for getting countless guests checked in and helping them rest comfortably. I also notice and appreciate the character and value of people in the cook and waitor positions, like Artemio, along with Janet and the other brilliant housekeepers. The rooms and bathrooms were clean enough to suit presidential suites. Come check out this fine palace, with Peloto options and even their church sirvice on Sundays.
