Super 8 Bottineau

I keep coming back because I love the beds, and I've never had a bad night's sleep here. It's quiet and peaceful, breakfast is included, and the price is comparable to other places nearby. The rooms are a good size, with a microwave, fridge, desk, chair, and working internet. There's a great shower head and a tub big enough to soak in. The people who run the hotel are always friendly and helpful, whether I'm here for a week or just one night. If it's late or a holiday, they can fix up pizza, snacks, or beer when you need food. Other places to eat are nearby on regular days. I can't wait to return, hopefully next time to see more of the area.

A great stop. The rooms were clean and breakfast was great. Erin at the front desk took such good care of us, and I'm glad we stayed.

The beds were clean, the pillows soft, and there were enough power outlets. Hot water was excellent and there were plenty of towels. Breakfast was mostly disappointing: no hot food, hardly anything cold, cereal of unknown age with no milk, tiny yogurts, very old-looking apples and bananas, and a coffee and juice station that tasted reconstituted. In Room 106, the carpet felt clammy. Housekeeping had started defrosting the freezer but left it half done, with a sheet of ice on a full drip tray that was dripping into the fridge. There was no sink plug, the bathroom floor looked badly worn, and the toilet was loose. A real mixed bag.

The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, TV, cable, internet, mini fridge, and microwave. The bathroom siding by the toilet was coming loose, there was an exposed fire alarm wire in the middle of the room despite other alarms being properly placed and armed, and there was dust around the coffee lids. I only needed somewhere to sleep for one night, and it worked for that.
