Really enjoyed the stay. The room was clean, and I liked the layout, especially all the hooks that kept my things visible and the space tidy. The rooftop hot tub was a nice extra. The lobby is bright, beautiful, and welcoming, and shops, restaurants, and coffee are all an easy walk away. Everyone was friendly and helpful. At check-in, the front desk attendant, I think her name was abbey, was especially kind and helpful.

Ben helped me at arrival and made me feel welcome right away. He was genuinely kind, answered my questions about the area, explained things clearly, and checked that I had what I needed. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet at night, with a cozy bed, spotless bathroom, and everything working properly. The common areas were nice to walk through and the whole hotel seemed well cared for. It was a relaxing, smooth stay from start to finish, and I'd stay here again.

Abby and Minna were so kind, helpful, and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, and their friendly manner made our stay even better. We had a lovely time. The hotel felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and it was easy to relax there.

On every stay here I've had a great experience. This time I booked the wrong date by mistake, but the staff still managed to find me a room on a completely sold out weekend. Abby, Layla, and Maddie were all really helpful and nice to deal with. Top notch people.

Before events at the university, the moxie has become one of my regular places to stop. It's a beautiful bar to spend time in, with good drinks and friendly staff. And a big shout out to Abby, who always greets us with a big smile. She's proof that great customer service is still around.
