The floors could use more attention. On our latest visit, my brand new white socks turned black from walking around the room. Still, we’ve stayed here many times and it’s usually very good. The hotel is clean overall, housekeeping does a great job, and it’s a nice place to stay in Punta Gorda. :)

Judi and Shannon made breakfast the highlight of my stay. Judi was especially friendly and helpful to everyone, and I wanted to make sure their company knew what great employees they have. The breakfast choices were wonderful, too. Check-in was easy, and our accommodations were very nice and clean.

After a 12-hour drive, Stephanie made us feel right at home. She welcomed my husband and me with a smile at the entrance, got our check-in done efficiently, explained the complimentary breakfast hours, and thanked us for being continuing IHG members. She was outgoing, friendly, and helpful.

The staff were all very nice, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was good, too. I’m not a fan of the hardwood floors in the rooms, since I prefer carpet, and the AC was a bit loud. There’s also no free bottled water. Nice overall, 4/5.

I often stay with this brand for business, usually at the Cape Coral location, which I recommend over this one. The bathtub here has no anti-slip feature, which feels like a real safety concern when showering, and the room floors aren’t carpeted. There are also discreet signs asking customers for gratuities. On my previous visit, I asked for something to prevent slipping, and when I got to the room there were two mats for me to put down myself.
