Quality Inn Bourne - Cape Cod

Everyone was kind and the service was great. My room was clean, the bed was comfy, and it had useful things like a mini fridge and microwave. It’s also well located for getting wherever you need to go on the Cape. I had a pretty good stay and would come back for future vacations. I do wish the accessibility details were clearer: it was listed as wheelchair accessible, but there was no elevator to the second floor, and the pool lift didn’t seem to work.

The service here was such a bright spot. We were greeted with smiles as soon as we came in, and that continued right through checkout. There’s plenty of good food nearby, plus Dave and Busters, which is a personal favorite of mine.

The pub attached to the hotel was a real treat. The bar food was fantastic and not overly salty, which is usually my biggest complaint with US restaurants. They had a community BINGO game going, and even with lots of people there, the staff took time to help us, pack our meal to take back to the room, and check that we had everything we needed. My college age son wants to arrive early next summer so he can join whatever game is on then. We come to Martha’s Vineyard every year and often stay overnight before the early ferry. We’ll stay here next time. The outside is a little shabby, but inside we found some of the kindest staff I’ve ever met, and I travel a lot for work. Our room was clean and spacious, the AC worked well, the bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. When we had trouble with the door, the desk clerk happily came to help us get back in. It’s not new or fancy, but the staff made us feel like treasured guests.

Breakfast was amazing. We didn't use the restaurant or pool, but hope to come back another time. The rooms were roomy, comfortable, and very clean. Steve welcomed us and kindly explained where everything was. He was always around if we had a question or needed help. When we first walked into the lobby last night, I noticed a nice, calming smell that continued down the hallway and into our room. Much appreciated.
