The hotel was quiet, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was good. We’d driven two hours for a weekend hockey tournament, and the staff went out of their way with whatever we needed. Moe at the front desk helped us fry veggie burgers, and Heather, the manager, let the kids play knee hockey in the lobby. She explained the rules and conditions so they understood. Thank you!

I needed to cancel suddenly, even though the cancellation window had already passed. The person who answered was friendly and helpful, and canceled it without a hassle so I wasn’t charged. I’m extremely thankful.

The beds were worn out and really uncomfortable. The location was handy for the convention center, and having Buffalo Wild Wings nearby was a plus.

We were happy with the clean, comfortable room and the service was solid. The one snag was towels: I booked for 5 guests, but there were only 3 in the bathroom. We got in late, and no one was at the front desk when we went down to ask for more. Aside from that, the stay met our expectations.

Both rooms smelled like mildew. The first one had that smell, so I went back to ask for a different room, but got no apology and was moved to another one beside a broken ice machine that had clearly burst a water line nearby. At check-in, I’d already been left waiting at the desk for the clerk to come out of the back, then got a lukewarm greeting when they did. Quite an effort for a guest, especially one of their platinum members.
