TownePlace Suites Bowling Green

We had a great stay, and Reagan’s care and service were top notch. The only snag was that the heat wouldn’t go above 73. We had our newborn with us, who had a slight hangnail infection on his toe and needed to wear a footless onesie, so his feet were cold. Reagan at the front desk found us a space heater, which was very kind of her. The room’s heater was working fine, it just needed to be cranked up a bit to get going in the winter weather. We’ll stay here when we’re passing through again.

Great location, right by the mall and lots of shopping. I’ve stayed here before and come back multiple times. During my first week at this location, though, I had maintenance issues that weren’t fixed promptly, or at all, until I messaged the GM. Once I got in touch, GM Gutierrez made sure they were handled. Staff shouldn’t need 7 days and a call to the GM to respond to guest maintenance problems. Tracy did a fantastic job at breakfast each morning, keeping the buffet clean and stocked. She worked tirelessly to keep up with demand.

While I was sleeping, employees charged hundreds of dollars to my card over and over for four days, a total of $1000 for a one night stay. They seemed not to know what they were doing or how to fix it when I woke up. Manager Andy wasn’t helpful. I filed a police report, and I was told this has happened to customers there before.

Clean rooms and great customer service. Excellent experience, and we’ll definitely stay there again.
