Having a kitchen, desk, and enough space to settle in made the room at the Residence Inn San Jose Cupertino especially comfortable. The couch, carpet, pillows, and fabulous King bed were all great, and there were plenty of towels. The shower pressure was incredible, among the best I’ve had in a hotel. Free laundry was a big help on a longer stay. There are lots of good dinner places nearby, and many are easy to order through Uber Eats. I had a fantastic stay and found it comfortable, convenient, and a great value.

My girlfriend’s family was really grateful for the extra care from Joey and the manager on duty. We had to extend our stay because moving her disabled family member with us became complicated. It wasn’t an easy request, but the staff worked it out and showed a lot of empathy and hospitality. The room, staff, and location were good to begin with, and that help made the difference. I’d recommend staying here.

Restaurants and a supermarket nearby made it easy to find food, and the front desk staff were attentive and friendly. I spent two weeks here and found the rooms very clean. Having laundry on site made the stay much easier. From what I read online, it seems to be an all-suite extended-stay hotel with kitchenettes, a fitness center, and complimentary breakfast each morning. The main drawback is getting to other cities. The location isn’t very convenient for that, so you really need a car. I wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t have one.

Free parking in the multi-storey garage and free laundry, with detergent supplied, made this a convenient short stay. The place feels new, the kitchenette is fully equipped, and the front desk is friendly. There are some fun dessert spots nearby too, including Heytea, Korean Bingsu, ice cream shops, Haidilao, and a few others.

On this trip I had some demanding, very specific business needs, and Gloria & Sara C. at the front desk handled them so well. I travel a lot and have seen plenty of both good and bad service, so I really appreciated it. Restaurant staff and housekeeping were courteous too, and my room was clean and well maintained. The hotel is in a great spot, surrounded by restaurants and a good coffee shop. I’ll be back on my next trip.
