The owners are wonderful and really want guests to be happy. After I left my coat behind, they packed it up and shipped it to me. I've stayed at Tall Pines Inn for two summers in a row, and it's my favorite spot in Eureka Springs. The quiet location is only a few minutes' drive from downtown's shops and entertainment, and the cabins feel like a simpler time. They're cozy and rustic in the best way, a great base for exploring Eureka Springs and the surrounding Ozarks. If you want that pre-Holiday Inn style of lodging and to feel like you're actually in the Ozarks, Tall Pines Inn is worth a look.

10. We had a great time, and the cabins were clean and really nice. When we accidentally locked our keys inside, Keith came right down and let us back in. There's great hiking nearby at leatherwood lake. We'll be back.

We stayed in the Knotty Pine cabin and loved it. Michelle and Keith were warm and welcoming, and we'll definitely stay again. One morning, a whole family of Doe's Grace'd us with their presence, which made waking up with coffee especially nice! Loved the jacuzzi too.

Tall Pines Inn has become part of our anniversary tradition. We first came for our honeymoon, then returned for our 10th and 20th anniversaries. We've had the same room each time, and it's comfortable and cozy. The owners are so friendly and welcoming.

For years, our family and friends have used Keith and Michelle's cabins as a gathering place, and they have always been accommodating. This trip was the same. One issue was really beyond their control, but Keith handled my frustration with professionalism and grace. These KC folks will be back!
