The staff handled the problem quickly, and I was impressed with how fast they cleaned the room and replaced the linens. When I arrived, another guest had mistakenly used our room, thinking it was theirs. Their friends explained what happened and where they'd left the key, but the linens had been used and were dirty. I called the number and sent a message through the AirBnB app. It wasn't the staff's fault, and it seemed like an honest mix-up. The room smelled and looked wonderful after they fixed it. I really appreciated the quick response. Kudos to the staff, and I highly recommend staying here.

Breakfast was the highlight for us. Most of it was grab-and-go, and there were also homemade baked goods that were melt-in-your-mouth good. We'd happily recommend it, 10/10. My husband and I had a great weekend in Eureka Springs this summer. The Brownstone was about a five-minute drive from town center, so it was easy to head out and explore. Our room also came stocked with soaps, snacks, and complimentary wine.

I found the Brownstone Inn with a quick online search and hoped for the best. It turned out to be a lovely choice. My teen daughter and I drove to Memphis first, then continued on to Eureka Springs during our early Spring Break. The room was beautiful, had everything we needed for two nights, and the location was lovely, within walking distance of the historic downtown area. Instructions for getting into the room and common areas were easy to follow. I'd like to come back with my husband next time. He had to work this trip.

The location was the hardest part for us. The inn sits at the far end of town, down at the bottom of a hill, with quite a climb to get anywhere. It's close to the main road, so there was plenty of car noise and bikers cruising past. From the sitting area, you can see some high power cables. We stayed in the smallest room, the Innkeeper suite. It had a great bed, a nice sitting area, a good shower, and a well appointed feel. Outside was a patio with a table and chairs, plus an elevated deck shaded by nice trees. The common area had a kitchen, dining table, lounge, and lots of books. The historic building has tall ceilings and plenty of old charm. A few things were inconvenient. The sink is tiny, and there isn't a microwave in the room, so coffee can go cold. The common area is around the other side of the inn and up two flights of stairs, so remember your key. The AC worked, but there was no heat, and we had to wipe down the dirty tables and chairs outside our room.

It felt like stepping back a hundred years, and the place was a welcome break from the city. My wife and I hadn't had time alone together in eight years, and she booked this for us. I've taken a few vacations, but this one was phenomenal. A kind woman greeted us at the bed and breakfast, and our room was cleaned daily. We were only a mile or two from downtown, with the place right off Main Street. There was plenty to do, whether you like fishing, hiking, or shopping. The little shops had friendly people working there and all sorts of things. The room itself was wonderful. If you get the chance to visit Eureka Springs and want to get away from the city bustle, I highly recommend this place. We'll definitely return. We enjoyed every minute.
