Best Western Plus GranTree Inn

My white abaya and scarf set was damaged while it was in the hotel’s care. After I sent it to the hotel laundry, it was delivered to the wrong room and went missing for a long time. Another crew member who had mistakenly received it finally returned it to me minutes before my international flight. It was visibly stained and too damaged to wear, and by then I had no time to sort it out in person because I was already leaving. Trying to follow up was just as disappointing. My inquiries were delayed or ignored, staff avoided my calls when I tried to locate the garment, and management put off dealing with it until the last possible moment. The hotel and cleaning service now deny responsibility, saying they don’t know what may have happened after it left their hands, even though it had already gone to the wrong guest because of an internal error. The hotel ultimately refused to take responsibility for the damage. So unacceptable and unprofessional....

I’ve been staying at the Best Western Plus in Bozeman for business trips for over a year, and they’ve never let me down. The rooms are spotless every time, with plenty of towels and thoughtful amenities that make each visit comfortable and hassle free. The fitness center is always clean and well maintained, with a good range of equipment for different kinds of workouts. After a busy workday, the food at the on-site Club restaurant is consistently fresh and flavorful. The front desk staff are warm and ready to help from the moment you arrive. It’s hard to find a hotel that’s this consistent across the board. Business or leisure, I’d expect a great stay here and highly recommend it.

I won’t go back to the gas station at Bozeman best Western grantree. Yesterday the coffee was a dollar, but today the woman charged me 2.00 and put the change in the jar without giving me a penny back. She also handled my cup with her hands on the lip. When I asked if she’d been trained about sanitation, she said NO.

I’ve had good experiences at the Grantree bar and restaurant over the years, but the hotel manager treated me with extreme rudeness today. I’d been watching games at the bar for a few hours, then sat in one of the hotel chairs to take a break from the restaurant and catch the score on a TV showing a game I was interested in. I explained that to the younger woman managing the hotel, but she called me a “loiterer” and said I “don’t belong.” It was needlessly disrespectful and very unprofessional. She handled it poorly.
