I rarely post a negative review, but I had a serious health concern after using the pool. My eyes burned badly and my vision was impaired for about eight hours, including overnight. A brand-new swimsuit was also bleached in one use, which has never happened to me in a properly maintained pool. I tried to get help afterward. Two emails got no reply, and when I called, the head housekeeper, Lydia, hung up on me, said nothing could be done unless I “called 911,” and wouldn't give me the manager's contact details. The hotel also wouldn't cooperate with Booking.com about a refund. I'm concerned about the safety of the pool, especially for children, given how severely this affected an adult. The hotel failed to address what I consider a legitimate health and safety issue. I can't recommend staying here.

The beds were good, and the floors and tub were clean, but there were several problems. The room's air never got hot, it just blew at room temperature, and the pillows were terribly flat. Breakfast was called deluxe, though the eggs were cold and dehydrated and the sausage came in puck-like rounds. They'd run out of bread choices and hard-boiled eggs. There was no conditioner in the room, and no elevator to the second floor for ADA access.

The location was great, quiet, and away from the busy areas. It's nothing fancy, but clean and affordable. The continental breakfast is small, though the choices are decent.

The rooms were clean and the location was all right, but the stay had some annoying issues. There's no elevator, and the TV kept having ridiculous problems, so most of the time we couldn't watch it. Room service was unpredictable and missed the last three days. Breakfast was limited and the same stuff every morning, which got boring.
