We arrived late, but the staff were still there to guide us to our tent, many thanks to them. The beds were amazing, I slept like a baby on cough syrup. The breakfast burrito was so packed that I saved some for lunch. Great experience all around.

We went for our honeymoon and had the best time. The hosts were welcoming, the tent was cozy, the sky was full of stars, and the barbecue was amazing. We were fine with smelling smoky after sitting by the fire, that comes with it. The showers and toilets worked during our stay, though they weren’t spotless. The two people running the place do their best with limited resources. Be prepared for actual camping. Some people complain about no electricity, the bumpy road, or showers not working well, but out in the middle of nowhere that’s part of the deal. It isn’t a hotel. I’d love to come back!

The stars were popping like magic, the bed was comfortable, and the food was delicious. I especially liked the chicken quesadillas. I’m not much of a camper, so the low-pressure shower made me a little uncomfortable, but everything else was fantastic. You can bring some of your own drinks if you like, since they don’t serve them.

The staff were unwelcoming. It was freezing, and the heater costs extra but apparently doesn’t warm the tent enough. Internet also costs $20. Getting there involves a couple of miles on an off-road track that isn’t suitable for a low car.

The stars at night were breathtaking, and I’d love to stay here again. Everything was ready when we arrived, and the camp setup is really cute. It’s close to the Grand Canyon, about 30 minutes away, so the early morning drive after checkout went by quickly. I had trouble with the propane heater because I’m new to heaters and it was my own doing, but the hosts were friendly and helpful and fixed the problem promptly.
