Chris, the manager, was kind and understanding when we had a small issue with a smell and helped us switch rooms quickly. The views were beautiful, and we had a peaceful stay. The restaurant food was delicious, especially the meal from the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was good, though it was the same each day apart from the pancakes and cinnamon toast, which came on other days. The pool looked okay, but I never saw anyone cleaning it. And I especially want to thank Dawn from the breakfast area. She was so sweet and patient, always ready to help, and I thanked her for being so kind to us. We'd stay here again if we visit.

The pool was our favorite part, especially with the kids. It was heated for the cooler days and super clean. The hotel restaurant deserves more attention: the food was amazing, and those fish tacos will have me craving them for days. The breakfast spread was bigger than at a typical hotel, and the drinks were so good too. I loved the spicy margarita and piña colada. We stayed five days and four nights and wouldn't trade it for anything else. The location is ideal for Anna Maria Island's beaches and nearby restaurants, and the rooms and service were top notch. Everyone was so friendly with us and the kids. One suggestion: it would be good to have a better way to check that people using the pool and amenities are hotel guests, since anyone can walk in without a key fob. That's just a recommendation so people don't take advantage of the facilities. I'll miss this place and will absolutely come back.

We were there for a wedding last week, and everyone was wonderful, from the bartenders and breakfast crew to the front desk. Bridget, the bartender from Boston, was our favorite. She was patient with our group and gave us outstanding service. We brought my 90-year-old Nana, and the accessible room worked perfectly for her wheelchair, with lots of space and a shower chair. Breakfast was convenient, and the pool and service there were great. Sitting outside with coffee, we got a great sunrise view and an even better sunset. I'd definitely recommend this place.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and housekeeping was amazing. Our clean room and the delicious free breakfast, with plenty of choices, made for a great weekend stay. I'd definitely come back.

We've been here since Thursday 4/16 with our little one to celebrate our birthdays, and the location and pool are both great. The staff have been phenomenal, from housekeeping and pool staff to the bartenders, front desk, and breakfast team. Everyone's been kind and accommodating. Breakfast is a 10/10.
