Our boss keeps putting us here, and every stay has been awful. We've unfortunately been back several times, and it's been gross every single time. I read the owner's replies promising they'll do better next time, but that feels like a load of BS. Not once have we arrived and thought they were fixing things or changing their ways. Read the reviews and ask yourself if you've really hit the point where you have to stay here. Another place to avoid. Owner, you've failed and should reconsider what you do for a living because you clearly don't know what you're doing.

The rooms are clean, and the staff are amazing, really nice, and love kids.

The bathroom had roaches when I went in at 11 p.m. Earlier, my 10-month-old found old, nasty candy on the floor, which makes it seem like they don't even vacuum. There was also a razor blade in the Tolite. This place reminds me of a lot of landlords around brainerd. Be careful and check every corner.

The front desk service was good. They found us another room with working AC so the kids could sleep. In the first room, the AC didn't work, the rooms were filthy, and cockroaches were in the fridge and crawling around. The room sign was missing from the wall outside the door.

The staff were kind, but check-in took a while, and the gentleman was wearing a wrinkled, very stained button-up shirt. This hotel is dated inside and out, and cigarette butts were scattered around the parking areas. Our room was old, musty, and dark, with an old squeaky mattress. We slept on top of the sheets using blankets we'd gone out and bought at Walmart. It wasn't a comfortable stay. I wasn't expecting the Ritz Carlton, but yikes, book somewhere else.
