I appreciated having a kitchen in the room, and the front desk staff were lovely, though a little complacent. The hotel was listed as having a restaurant, but it’s actually next door, so you have to go outside to get there. There’s no room service or room charge. I complained about that and about the TV, and got a sort of “oh well” response. The TV only has Netflix and YouTube, which sometimes don’t work, and they won’t let you connect your own HDMI cable to stream. I also couldn’t get Netflix working when I called. Entertainment was seriously lacking. The gym is poorly ventilated and smells of chlorine because it’s right beside the pool. The place is a bit run down and needs updating. There were at least 10 dogs staying there, and I’m allergic, so I was sniffly and sneezing the whole time. I wouldn’t have booked if I’d known. They should mention on the website and booking sites that they host a lot of animals. I travel a lot for work and stay in plenty of hotels. I don’t think I’d come back unless everything else nearby was sold out. I guess they couldn’t offer a food or drink credit when there’s no restaurant. 😂

The breakfast was a nice touch, with good options that changed each day. There’s plenty of shopping and places to eat within walking distance, too. Our room left us very satisfied, and the pool and workout areas were clean. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and quiet. Staff kept things upbeat and greeted us warmly whenever we came or went. Coffee was always available, which was a plus. I’ll definitely return on my next visit to Boston.

Breakfast was a highlight, with regular and chocolate waffles, and even breakfast tacos at one point. There was also fruit, cereal, yogurt, and lots of bread and pastries. Our suite had a full-size kitchen, which was a lovely surprise, and the room was spotless with crisp sheets. Everyone on staff was kind and welcoming, so the stay felt easy and comfortable. We usually pick Marriotts, and this one was a standout. If I’m back in Massachusetts, I’ll stay here again.

We stayed three nights in an accessible room while a ceiling leak was being repaired. The room was excellent and easy to get around in, and the breakfast buffet was great.

This is my usual place to stay near Quincy. The rooms are great, the staff are really friendly, and breakfast is included, which makes things very convenient for me.
