Stella and I have stayed at dog-friendly places all over the Southeast, mostly in Florida, and Mariah is the best front desk employee I've dealt with. She was so accommodating and took great care of both of us. Mariah is really good at her job. Thanks for everything, we'll be back, and I highly recommend Extended STAY AMERICA.

The lobby smelled great, and the room and public areas looked clean. Lia clearly takes pride in keeping them that way. She made us feel welcome and put us at ease after we needed a last-minute stay for an event at the Yuengling Center. The hotel we had booked up the street was nasty, so we were glad to find this place. Lia was amazing from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond, and Extended Stay is lucky to have her. I hope her work is recognized and that they do what they can to keep her at this hotel. Thank you so much, Lia.

I'm a single mom here with my young child, and I feel safe. Deborah is especially helpful, answers our questions, and checks that we're doing all right. From the front desk and housekeeping to the manager, the staff have been great. The place is clean and secure, and the service is wonderful. Thank you!

Check-in was fine, and the location seemed good. The room looked clean enough, but there was a strange smell throughout the hotel. A dog barked nonstop while we were there, so after about an hour we left for another hotel. I couldn't have slept with that noise. I wouldn't come back.
