Kendra at the front desk deserves a special thank you. She's attentive, helpful, and always has a positive spirit. She does what she can to make me feel at home, and I really appreciate it. The rooms are clean, well kept, and nice, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I've had a very pleasant stay and will come back.

We ended up at the Hampton Inn in Brandon by accident after spending a night at the downtown property, and were pleasantly surprised. The location and facilities were lovely, and the rooms were clean, the bedding comfortable, and breakfast better than expected. Staff were friendly throughout. We'd consider returning. The refrigerator was so loud that we moved it into the bathroom in the middle of the night to sleep. Dar at the front desk listened to our concern and said it would be replaced that afternoon. The maintenance person who came to check it was dismissive. He wouldn't take time to listen, even though it was running in the bathroom, and said they all sounded that way because they sat in uneven wooden cabinets. He didn't follow Dar's instruction to replace it, so it stayed in the bathroom for the rest of our visit. At checkout, Dar checked back with us and was genuinely surprised it hadn't been resolved. We appreciated that. Even with the refrigerator hassle, the stay was outstanding overall.

Jose was so kind and friendly, always greeting us with a big smile when we came through the door. He helped us with our room after the representative the day before wouldn't help. Thanks so much for the great customer service.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with hot eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, waffles, plus fruit, yogurt, cereal, bagels, toast, and muffins. They also have grab-and-go bags with fruit, a bagel, and water. Complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby are available all day, and the free Wi-Fi made it easy to work, stay in touch, or relax. The building at Hampton Inn & Suites Tampa Riverview Brandon in Tampa Riverview Brandon, FL feels new and is beautiful and clean, from the lobby to the rooms. The staff clearly take pride in the place. Everyone we've met has been friendly, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and caring. They helped us extend our stay and welcomed our support animal, which we're grateful for. The area feels quiet, safe, and secure, which gave us peace of mind while traveling. We appreciate the comfort and hospitality, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. We'd recommend it to anyone visiting the Tampa/Brandon area.
