Best Western Center Pointe Inn

We were on the second floor near Highway 76, but it stayed quiet all night. Parking was convenient, too. The remodeled rooms were much better than we expected and the cleanest I’ve stayed in during my visits to Branson. Everyone around the property was friendly, especially at the front desk. It really felt like a home away from home. I don’t usually recommend hotels, but I’ll highly recommend this one.

The room was really clean, and I didn’t see any bugs. I stayed in the hotel part of this inn, which made it convenient to get to breakfast and the pool. The location is good, and everyone on staff, including the person checking us in, was very friendly. Breakfast was good. The queen bed was hard, though they’re remodeling these rooms, so that might change. I heard a dog barking in a nearby room at night. I guess that’s not their fault, but it was still annoying. I’d consider coming back to Branson and staying here again.

The room was comfortable, and the location was somewhat convenient for different reasons. The people in the next room couldn’t keep their kids from being rowdy and loud, running up and down the steps and on the veranda decking. Don’t leave anything behind in your room. NOAH at the customer service desk was exceptionally rude when I called about something I’d left during our weekend stay. I called the day after we left and again two days after, and his comments were obnoxious. He said the room still hadn’t even been cleaned two days after we checked out.

The location made getting around Branson easy, and check-in and checkout were both quick. We stayed at the Best Western Center Pointe in Branson, Mo with our three younger grandchildren, and the whole place worked well for us. The room was clean and comfortable, with two queen beds, a pullout sofa, a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee/tea maker with several coffee choices. They also supplied full-size soap and shampoo free, not just little sample bottles. The affordable price was a pleasant surprise for a room that size. There was plenty to keep the kids busy, especially the indoor heated pool, plus a hot tub, game room, vending machines, laundry, gym, and lots of free parking. Breakfast was complimentary and had a wide buffet selection. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout.
