Branson Nightly Condos

A cozy winter getaway at a great price. It does get cold in the winter months, but the little fireplace helps, and there are plenty of wraps and blankets. The place is clean and comfortable.

After around 25 to 30 stays at Thousand Hills condos over several decades, mostly good ones, our last visit has put us off returning. The place had poor maintenance, and the way our complaints were handled was just as bad. The refrigerator didn't work, so we had to defrost it overnight ourselves, and the ice maker still wasn't working. The master bedroom TV was out, and we had to get a whole new cable. There was no fan in the extra bedroom, while the master fan clicked constantly and kept us from sleeping. The door code failed more than half the time. There was no Kleenex, only toilet paper, and the towels were old, thin, and frayed. The carpet was old and overused, the furniture worn out, broken, or dirty, and the kitchen appliances and utensils were in the same shape. I could go on. We called to complain and asked to move or get some kind of compensation, but nobody called back. I went to see the manager, who was in a meeting, and left my number. He never returned the call. We got one text saying he'd call, then another asking if our stay was going perfectly and whether they could do anything. Three days of avoiding a conversation. We're from lower middle class and poor backgrounds, and we're not super picky or complainers, but we can't recommend this place. Shop around, Branson has thousands of great lodging choices. Don't use Thousand Hills. Dr Dean

Joshua and Samantha Blevins own this Air bnb, and they've decorated it so it feels like coming home. There are games, books, blankets, and everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The shower and tub have jets, which were nice after a long day. There’s also an indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, and hot tub. We thought the place was amazing and highly recommend it.

Everything was supplied and stocked, but the master bedroom screens were badly shredded, with the bottom eight inches missing from all of them. When I switched on the jacuzzi tub jets, black mold shot out. The jets were moldy and hadn't been cleaned.
