I’ve been staying here since July 29, 2025, and over these five months I’ve felt that the staff and owners care about the renters, the properties, and everyone’s safety. The place is kept clean and maintained. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and I don’t think you’ll find a better value for the money. Stay away. The owners and staff are rude, the carpet smells and has cigarette burns all over it, and the bed is horrible. I’ve got bites on my back, which makes me think there may be bedbugs. They also try to scam you out of your $200 deposit. There are many better places in Branson. Shady things seem to be going on, so check the police reports.
I’ve lived here since April 2023 and have had no problems. It’s quiet and safe, and management handles things. If you have a question or concern, just ask them. From what I’ve seen, the bad reviews mostly come from people who didn’t follow the rules. Keep your room clean, don’t disrupt others, follow the rules, and pay your rent, and you’ll be fine.
It’s generally quiet and secure, with clean rooms and reasonable prices. Jamie and Jennifer are honest, fair managers. Follow the rules and agreement and there shouldn’t be any problems. People leave each other alone here. I’d recommend it.
I’ve been happy living here for the past 2 1/2 years. Jamie and Jennifer are friendly managers who keep the place running and up to date, better than some extended stay places. The owners, John and Kay, are lovely too and treat you well. It feels like family, and I have no complaints. I highly recommend staying here while you look for your Forever home.
