The owners clearly care about guests and keep looking for ways to improve the place. While we were there, Vinnie decided to repaint some faded doors. Breakfast was great, much better than the continental breakfast at most chain hotels, and the evening dessert was wonderful. The peach cobbler was scrumdiddlyumptious, especially with ice cream on top. The rooms are basic, without any big frills, but for the price they beat almost anything else at that level. The beds were soft to medium, water pressure was great, and it was very quiet at night. We didn’t hear a peep after 10 pm, even over Memorial weekend. If you’re choosing between a chain hotel and Branson Best or Seven Gables, I’d go with BB/SG. You won’t be disappointed. Go Team Vinnie!!!!

I got in touch with Sue late last night when our AC froze up and the house became unbearably hot. Our baby is just getting over being sick and is teething, so the heat was especially hard on him. Sue immediately stepped in to help our family. We’re very grateful for the kindness and generosity during such a stressful moment. The room was spotless, comfortable, welcoming, and just amazing. The beds were so cozy I joked that maybe our AC should break more often. We were beyond pleased with our stay and hope to return, ideally under much better circumstances. Thank you, Branson’s Best Motel, for taking such good care of us. We won’t forget it.

Sue and Vinnie, the owners, don’t stay hidden in the office. They’re out in the lobby helping guests, answering calls, and making sure people are looked after. The front desk staff was also understanding when we had to leave in the middle of the night for unforeseen reasons, and didn’t tell me I couldn’t check out. We’d paid for four nights but stayed only three. I don’t expect a refund for the unused night, and I’m happy to pay it for the great service and being treated like family. When we plan another Branson trip, I know which hotel we’ll call. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice TV and a fridge for keeping things cold. Breakfast was amazing and had lots of options. They even offer cobbler, ice cream, and cookies for guests at night. The staff and owners are all great.

We’ve found our new Branson regular. The owners and staff make us feel like family, and it’s easy to reach lots of attractions from here. We really enjoy the hot breakfast and those evening desserts. We’ve had a great time staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good place.

Our first family trip with our 9 month old went so smoothly here. Casey at the front desk was incredibly friendly, and honestly she’s a big reason I’ll come back. The rooms were clean, breakfast was yummy, and the cobbler was delicious. Even though it’s a motel, the property felt safe and secure. We’ll definitely stay here again.
