We asked for a refund right away after finding stained sheets and pillowcases, with hair under the blankets. We were charged $25 per room for canceling, though we did receive a refund. We stayed around for a while and watched the cleaning lady go to the rooms. She changed the sheets in only one of the three. I’d choose a different inn or hotel.

The place was gross. Our first room smelled like an ashtray, so we moved to the room next door. There, the faucet handle fell off, the picture frame over the bed was broken, and the shower looked nasty. The manager was gone, so we complained to the cleaning man.

We paid for three non-smoking rooms, but one smelled strongly of smoke and the other two had dirty sheets, bugs, and stains in both bathtubs. At the desk, they said a refund would come with a $25-per-room charge to “replace the sheets” because we’d been there more than 15 minutes. From the card charge to our return to the office, only 11 minutes had passed. These people are scammers. Do not stay here.

Rude people. After I had to unlock my card, they suddenly wanted a deposit. The charge went from $43 to $72 just because I try to keep my card locked when I’m not using it.
