That was the worst customer service I've dealt with. The front desk worker gave us a different room from the one we'd reserved. I told her as soon as we arrived, but she was rude and didn't help. First she said no rooms were available, then none were clean, then blamed the third-party booking. She tried offering discount show tickets we already had access to. The bed was uncomfortable, there was too much furniture for the small space, the bathroom fans were loud and didn't work, several outlets were dead, and two towels were stained and dirty. For the price we paid for the original room and what the pictures led us to expect, it was ridiculous. Never coming back. I told all our family who live here, too.

The staff we dealt with were great and very accommodating. The living room furniture was quite worn, and the beds were too soft for those of us over 70. Our kids in their 40s, though, thought the beds were great.

Getting around was easy, and the location and condos were good overall. The building signs could be bigger.

A nice, quiet place to stay, and close to the attractions.
