Grand View Inn and Suites

The people here are nicer than family, and the rooms are kept extremely well. They look clean and smell clean, too. Parking can get frustrating when the lot is busy with outlet shoppers. And the beds suck. They really do, and I can't sugarcoat that.

We only stayed the first night because everything else was booked, and we won't be back. Within minutes of arriving on 12/26, water was leaking from the ceiling from the room above, so we had to change rooms. Later that night I felt something crawling on me. I couldn't see it clearly until I killed it, then realized it was a bed bug. Since checkout, my husband and daughter have had multiple marks that are clearly bed bug bites. The beds were hard as bricks, the rooms very outdated, and the breakfast area so cramped we had to eat quickly to make room for other families.

The staff were absolutely incredible, and the location is excellent, right off 76 in front of Tanger Outlet Mall and a couple blocks from the Aquarium and Boardwalk. We stayed in a King Suite, but the room and bathroom were much smaller than suites we've had before. The continental breakfast area felt overwhelming too, since there wasn't much space there.

Check-in was easy, and everyone was friendly. My room was clean and just right, with a comfortable bed. The location made it convenient to get everywhere, and breakfast was a nice start to the day.
