Greensview Branson by Exploria Resorts

Our apartment was ready hours before check-in, and someone called to let us know. The front desk clerk was very nice and gave us enough coffee for all four days. We paid less than we would have for a small room at a nicer hotel, and got a full kitchen, living room, and screened porch. There was plenty of space and everything we needed, plus two TVs and a bar and grill with an 18-hole indoor mini golf course across the street. Another big indoor 18-hole course was up the street, and there was lots of good food nearby. Delivery was fast and reliable during the World Series. It was right near everything we came to town for except Silver Dollar City, which is west of town. When it rained for two straight days, having a spacious apartment made a difference. The one drawback was the bathroom light shining through an opaque window into the bedroom, so the room lit up at night even with the bathroom door shut. Still, a great place to stay.

We spent five days here and really liked the suite. It had two bedrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs, along with a full kitchen, living room, and two full bathrooms. The only surprise was the living room TV, which was only around 24 inches. With the room layout, though, I’m not sure where a bigger one would fit.

For what we needed, this was just right for the price: somewhere to sleep and shower. Our family slept well, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping left clean towels every day without us having to ask, which you don’t see everywhere now. Breakfast was decent for the rate, with hot items I hadn’t expected. The pool looked nice, though we didn’t have time to try it. I did notice a few cleanliness issues when we first checked in, but otherwise the hotel met my expectations.

I liked where it was, and the room was clean and okay. The screen door on the enclosed patio had two tears, and while there was a fan, there wasn’t a light. The jetted tub was a shower and bath combo, but it was too high for me to get into safely. The outdoor building lights also never worked. I told the front desk on our first day and they said they just needed access to the breaker box, but it still wasn’t fixed a week later when we left. It’s very dark coming back after sunset.
