Hampton Inn by Hilton Branson on the Strip

There’s plenty of construction and reconditioning underway, so don’t count on sleeping during the day. The work wraps up by 5, though, and the staff are doing their best to limit the disruption for guests. My room is great, and I had a great stay.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were nice, and most places are close by since it’s right on the strip. They’re doing renovations, but everything was well organized. I’ll definitely visit again.

The service here was top-notch: employees were professional, friendly, and informative. This was a typical Hampton Inn with the usual amenities and traditional Hampton breakfast, though we couldn’t use the indoor pool or gym while the building was being renovated. I wish the rate had been lower while those services were unavailable. I was charged two separate pet fees, but the issue was resolved. Check your invoice, since staff said the system sometimes has problems with that. Also, the south-end stairwell was blocked at the bottom for construction, with no sign. That seems like a fire hazard, since people could go down the stairs in an emergency and get trapped. They need to post a sign. Despite those issues, I’d be happy to stay here again.

The pool was unavailable because of renovations, which was disappointing. Other Hampton locations we’ve stayed at warned about pool closures before booking, so next time I’ll call to confirm. The breakfast was back to normal, not grab-and-go like some earlier reviews had said. We’ve encountered renovations at other Hampton locations too.
