Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing

The location was great, the lobby looked very nice, and the bell team members were fantastic. We might stay again for the location, but next time we'll inspect the room before accepting it. On arrival, the comforter was stained, there was mildew in the shower, and I found a baby roach in the bathroom. I had to look under the vanity to kill it and wish I hadn't, since that area clearly hadn't been cleaned. The check-in person was rude and acted as if we were beneath him. We had the same experience at checkout, so I couldn't rate the stay higher.

The staff were excellent and friendly. Jerry was quick and helpful with our luggage to the car, and Josh and Jerry were great valets. A few things in the room could be better: the dishwasher still had dirty dishes when we arrived, the pillows were a little hard, and the bathroom bulb above the shower was out. Housekeeping brought fresh pillows quickly when we asked.

Jerry greeted us when we drove up and was the last person we saw as we left. He was friendly and helpful. Bob welcomed us and helped with our luggage, while Morgan and another young woman at the front desk were both so friendly and helpful. I wish I'd gotten her name. The balcony was on a corner unit facing historic downtown Branson, and the fitness center was clean and well stocked with towels and water. The pool had plenty of supplies too, though I noticed dust, or maybe mold, building up around the ceiling ventilation while I was in the hot tub. Messaging the hotel was easy, and they responded quickly to questions or problems. There were some annoyances in the room: the conditioner bottle was empty, there was no linen bag, no product for washing the dishes upstairs, and no extra sheets or pillow in the closet like I normally find. The fan only had a slow setting. Water pressure was terrible, it took ages to fill the tub and to get hot water at the faucet. It was a bit noisy because of the car show in town, though that didn't bother me much, but it could bother someone else. Valet was quick, and I got my physical cards quickly too. The room was clean, and I'd stay again if these minor issues are addressed.
