Indian Point Resort Condominiums

We've stayed here every year, but we may look for somewhere else next time. We choose a condo with a kitchen so we can eat at home, but the dishwasher was broken, which meant handwashing everything and made vacation more of a hassle. The rooms also needed a thorough cleaning. There was trash, dust, leftover toiletries, and food crumbs under the beds, couches, and cushions.

The roadway to the resort wasn't used by many people, which was nice, though we had to drive between parking lots to get to Silver Dollar City. I enjoyed coffee on the balcony, looking across Table Rock Lake just a few feet from the shore. The rooms were nice otherwise, but could use new carpet.

The soundproofing wasn't great, and we heard quite a bit from upstairs and the neighbors. Still, our terrace-level studio was a lovely fit for what we needed, with a comfortable bed, a kitchen, and a nice amount of space. It had good lake views and was close to fun activities. Check-in and checkout were easy, and they gave us tips on nearby food and groceries. We'll be back.

We really liked the patio, though when the AC kicks on in warm weather it makes sitting out there awfully hot. I wish the units were in a better spot. The suites were nice and the AC worked fantastically, but the rooms could use more upkeep: a broken patio chair, a loose and broken piece of trim by the tiled fireplace, and water spots all over the kitchen blind and window.
