The hotel is supposed to be smoke-free, but after sitting in the lobby for about ten minutes trying to sort out our reservation, my clothes smelled like I’d just left a casino. The pool was closed for maintenance too. We had a reservation through a third-party site for my husband’s work, and the printed confirmation didn’t help. The woman at the desk said we weren’t booked and offered no help, so we decided to cancel through the site.

The older cleaning lady was so kind, and she seemed to be the only person doing the cleaning. She still took the time to say something nice to us. That’s the only reason this gets one star. We were supposed to stay four nights but left early because they offered towels just once and provided no other service. The third-floor ceilings had brown water stains, and I found a tick crawling on me in the room. There are several residents living on the first floor. One evening, after a show, I saw a girl who lives there injecting something into her arm right outside the motel. At first the lobby smells strongly of cleaner, but later the smell gives way to wet dogs and dog urine.

The staff make you feel like family. They’re so kind and friendly, and the beds are comfortable enough that I always sleep like a baby. It’s close to shops and restaurants but far enough away from the traffic noise. I recommend it to anyone who needs a break from daily stress. Thanks for always giving me a safe place to go.

After a traumatic night, we needed somewhere to stay urgently, and Brandy went out of her way to make us feel welcome. I’ll never forget how kind she was. The rooms were extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel felt quiet and peaceful. The service was fantastic, and everyone was polite, professional, and kind.
