The Townhouses

We came with our three kids after calling to ask what would work for us. They suggested booking two single-room suites because there’d be plenty of space, so I booked them online at $150 a night each, plus cleaning and other fees. When we arrived, the rooms were basically broom closets with bathrooms. That was nothing like what we’d been led to expect. This place feels like a scam. Even Motel 6 rooms are bigger and nicer. Go somewhere else.

We were already in Branson, ready for a relaxing family weekend, when I got the call that our confirmed townhouse booking had been canceled because they’d overbooked. I’d reserved it three weeks earlier and paid. All I got was an apology, and they wouldn’t help us find another place. The refund would take 7-10 business days. We spent hours searching when everything seemed booked, and finally found somewhere four hours later. That was a horrible start to our vacation. I wouldn’t recommend staying here or trusting the company to have a room ready when you arrive.

Good location, clean place, and friendly staff. The pools were closed while we were there, which was disappointing, but they offered us access to pools at a sister property.

We were expecting a roomy two-bedroom setup with a kitchen and living room, but got a small, dirty room that we had to clean before unpacking. Other guests we spoke with said they’d also ended up in much smaller rooms than advertised. The desk closed at 5, and the assistant who checked us in couldn’t answer our questions. Staff kept blaming a third party for the mix-up, then offered a 60% discount if we attended their timeshare conference. It felt like a scam and was a terrible operation. I wouldn’t recommend it.
