The indoor pool was big and very clean, and there's a fun little game area along with activities planned every day. They even have free laundry on site. The staff are fantastic, so kind and helpful, and seem to truly enjoy their work. We stayed in December with our elf, and the front desk staff went above and beyond by setting up a cute scene for us. This is our new Branson spot for family vacations!

We've loved staying here for the past two summers. The employees are all super nice, and Crystal, one of the housekeepers, is amazing, helpful, and friendly. We usually spend most of our time at the pool. The kiddy pool is fenced off separately from the main pool, which is amazing for my 6-year-old, who is autistic and runs off but loves being in the kiddy pool. It gives me some peace of mind so I can relax more when we're there. There's a good concession stand at the pool, and the snow cones are always tasty. If you're planning on getting several during your stay, the reusable snowcone cup is about $8, and refills cost less.

We had a really good getaway here. Even with lots of families around, our building felt fairly private, and the location made it easy to get to things we wanted to see and do. We visited off season, but the building was still full. The room had plenty of space, including a sitting area and balcony, and the lobby was lovely with outdoor seating. Grounds were beautiful and everyone was kind. Housekeeping wasn't daily, which was the one drawback. I'd recommend it.

We came just before Thanksgiving, so it was cold and the pool area was closed, but we didn't need it. The place felt calm and family friendly, with plenty of parking and really clean rooms and grounds. Check-in was quick, and the staff were super nice. The rooms felt welcoming, and it was a relaxing spot with activities available too. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it.

The room was quiet and nice, and the hotel is tucked away while still being close to the attractions. But they charge $15 a night for parking, even in the middle of winter. I believe it's one of the only hotels in Branson with a daily parking fee. There are plenty of nice places nearby with free parking, so I wouldn't return on principle.
