Thousand Hills Resort Hotel

The staff were kind and really helpful, the rooms were clean and open, and the meals were good. We went at a time when we could avoid most traffic. It was cold, but the hotel hot tub warmed us right up. The hotel sits right on the strip, close to attractions and hotel deals, but far enough off the busy stretch to feel calmer. I’d stay again a billion times.

Steven went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. The room wasn’t quite what we expected and could use some updating, but the hotel was very clean and well placed for reaching most of the area’s major attractions. This is a five-star review because of Steven. Sometimes the service matters more than the room.

The room was clean and quiet, and we had a great view of the fountain show at Branson Boardwalk. It could use an update, though. Steve handled check-in and checkout and was really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was the usual free hotel spread, but the line was long, so we only ate there once. The spot just off the strip worked well. I’d stay again if price and convenience were what mattered most.

We’ve enjoyed our stays here every time, and the location and room are both nice. Isaac made this trip especially good. When we accidentally locked ourselves out, he helped right away, then gave us ideas for local outings that would work for our little family. He went well beyond what we expected from the hospitality. We had a really pleasant visit.
