Breakfast was simple but tasty, and our room was clean. The bathroom wall had a hole in it that looked like somebody had punched through. They advertised dessert at 9:30 in the evening, but during our five nights it was served just once. I also wished there were a microwave in the room. There was one in the breakfast area, but that room was locked after breakfast. With so many places to stay in Branson, I doubt we’d book here again.

That late dessert, included from around 9:30 to 11, was a nice extra, and the cobbler was AWESOME. The breakfast was VERY good, restaurant quality, though it’s best to get there early while everything’s fresh. We stay at plenty of hotels, and this food really stood out. The rooms were good and the service was awesome too. One thing, the hot water is SUPER INSANELY HOT.

The staff were excellent, friendly, and quick to help, and parking was a little tight. Rooms were clean, though dated and a bit musty. It’s definitely no frills, but for a budget stay, it’s not a bad choice.

We’ve stayed here twice now and plan to come back. Sight & Sound is only a mile away, just two turns. The rooms are plain, but clean, and the beds and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast had biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, a waffle maker, and some healthier choices. There was cobbler and ice cream for dessert at 9:30.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. The staff were friendly. I especially liked the free dessert they serve each evening, a nice way to show guests they appreciate them. I’d recommend whispering hills.
