Baymont Inn And Suites Braselton

My son was hit by a car the day before our trip and ended up in the hospital. Before 10 a.m. on the day we were meant to travel, I tried to cancel through Expedia. I had booked with free cancellation, paying at the motel, but cancellation was required the night before. Baymont refused to cancel and kept my $250. They chose to keep the money instead of showing some goodwill, and now I won't stay there when I'm in town. Big corporations, and the people working for them, have no soul.

The room was clean and updated, and the bed was so comfortable I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. Breakfast had plenty of choices and the food actually tasted really good. The staff were super friendly, and there was a computer and printer station available. I highly recommend this Baymont. I almost never give five stars, but this place deserves six!

A basic, cheaper hotel, but it was quiet, which is always nice. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good apart from the eggs.

Breakfast was a nice perk, with a good range of things to choose from. The location was convenient for everything I needed, while still being away from noisy areas. At check-in, the friendly staff made the process quick and easy. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the bed was surprisingly plush, so I slept well. Baymont by Wyndham did better than I expected for comfort, service, and cleanliness. They seem to care about the guest experience. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it for a pleasant stay at a good value.
