The room’s AC kept me cool at night, and the price was pretty good. I was in Anaheim for a conference and the drive to the convention center took longer than I’d expected. Still, the cost more than made up for that.

They were reliable and professional, explained everything clearly, and took care with my documents. I trust them completely. Truly the best travel and visa office in Kuwait.

The room was clean and I felt safe, but check-in took 10 minutes and the customer service was poor. What upset me most was waiting 4-5 days to get my deposit back. I’ve never had that happen at another hotel, where it’s usually released at checkout. They charge the card instead of putting the deposit on hold.

This place is a dump. The walls and bathroom were dirty, the shower curtain had mold, and the desk clerk was rude and seemed to have an attitude. In the first upstairs room, the toilet flushed once and then wouldn’t flush again because the water was off and the tank didn’t refill. I had to turn the water on to flush it. I figured it was being shut off because the toilet ran constantly, but nobody told us the water was off. My wife and I went to a graduation and came back a few hours later to find the toilet still running. We complained, and the clerk came up and turned the water off again, saying it was fixed. I asked how we were supposed to flush it. He flushed once and said it worked. I told him to try again, and it wouldn’t flush with the water off. Then he said it was broken. I said we couldn’t pay for a room where we couldn’t use the bathroom and needed another room. He said they were fully booked. When I asked for a refund, he said he couldn’t give one. After I said this needed to be fixed, he left for a minute and came back with a key to a different room. He stood with the door open while we gathered our things. I asked if he was just going to stand there; we’d be downstairs in a minute, and he closed the door. The toilet in the second room worked, but there was mold on the ceiling. The door had no threshold, so bugs, rodents, air, light, and sound could or did come underneath it. The shower had no cool water at all and was burning hot no matter which way I turned the knob. This place is trash. Don’t waste your money.
