The management company was responsive, and the location is decent, about a two block walk to Main Street. But the building itself is old and a bit beat up, like a typical outdated condo. There seem to be lots of timeshare exchanges and rentals, along with a few full-time residents. I came through an RCI trade, and, as usual, the luxury unit I deposited at a gold Crown property wasn’t what I got in return. RCI is the worst! Good luck figuring out the TVs in unit 106. I think you need a PhD to work them.
