One Breckenridge Place - 3 Bedroom Townhome - 200 Yards to Peak 9 Lift

The location near the Peak 9 base was good, and the fireplace worked. Beyond that, we had a frustrating stay and wouldn’t recommend the place. The TV remotes were missing when we arrived, and our call for help went nowhere. Maintenance finally brought a remote on the third night of our four-night stay. The patio handle was broken, so we couldn’t use the patio even though the weather was beautiful. One faucet had only scalding hot water, and the blankets smelled terrible. I can guarantee most of them have never been washed. The coffee filters didn’t fit the pot, and there were only two for all four nights. We could have bought the right ones if we’d known what kind of pot it was, but there was no information. For what we paid per night, we shouldn’t have had to deal with all this. There are plenty of other nice places within walking distance of Peak 9.

We stayed in One Breckenridge Place #5 on Thanksgiving night, and it was comfortable and cozy. The large deck was lovely, the king bed felt just like my own, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including those granite countertops I loved. It’s close to everything, too. I’d happily rent this townhome again and recommend the unit.

We’ve rented here three times already, and it’s a great spot for a family stay. It’s quiet, very clean, and you can ski in and out. Looking forward to coming back again.

We stayed in #30 and had a great time. It sleeps ten, and the interior design is really nice.
