The walls are paper thin, and there’s loud, constant banging on the walls, ceilings, and floors as people try to quiet the next person. We could hear it early in the morning before the mountain opened and after it closed at 4pm. The people who live here seem snobby and entitled. One man, Kevin, knocked on our door while we were eating dinner, well before quiet hours, just to tell us when they started. I swear we weren’t being loud. I’ll stay somewhere else on my next trip to Breck.

Parking was extremely scarce over the Fourth of July weekend. We stayed in a third-floor unit, not 101C, and found it worn and difficult for seniors to access.

The room was very dated and unclean, with tools left on the balcony and mold in the steam shower. I was especially baffled by the carpeting in the bathroom. Extremely disappointing.
